KANSAS CITY, MO –  Red Bridge Shopping Center hosted their annual Holiday event this past Saturday at Wonderscope Children’s Museum. The fun-filled family event supported South Kansas City families in need with donations to Community Assistance Council.

The one-day Winterland Workshop experience included festive experiences including cookie decorating, letter writing to Santa, sweet treats, photo opportunities, and fun for all. Special visitors included Princess Elsa and Mr. and Mrs. Claus.

This was a free event for the public with a suggested donation to support the Community Assistance Council, which helps neighbors dealing with homelessness and hunger to move from crisis to stabilization. Suggested donations included new or gently used warm winter clothing, holiday baking ingredients, non-perishable food items, and personal hygiene products.
