Curves is a facility specially designed for women featuring a complete 30 minute workout that is fun fast and safe.With the combination of strength training and cardio, we have a workout for every fitness level. We also offer a weight loss program, called Curves Complete that includes diet, exercise and accountability with weekly coaching.We have added classes that include boxing, Jillian Michaels, and balance.We are a community of women who strengthen each other through shared goals of getting and being healthy and fit.
